Delivery Time | مدة التوصيل

• Riyadh / الرياض: 1–3 أيام عمل

• Domestic (Saudi Arabia) / المملكة العربية السعودية: 3–5 أيام عمل

• International / دولي: 5–7 أيام عمل

Cash Refund | الاسترداد النقدي

• Payments made via electronic gateways (Apple Pay, Mada, Visa, MasterCard) are refunded to the same card after contacting customer service.

• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for cash refunds (see Clothing Return Conditions).

• Refunds can be added as store wallet credit, valid for 2 years from the refund date, usable on our website only. Wallet amounts cannot be transferred outside the website.

• Payments split between wallet and another method are refunded to the same sources. Cash on delivery refunds go to the wallet.

• Orders not received after 3 delivery attempts are refunded to the wallet within 10–14 working days, minus shipping fees and taxes.

• Cash on delivery fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 10–14 working days after the products arrive at the warehouse.

• Orders canceled before shipment are refunded within 10–14 working days.

• International customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

المبالغ المدفوعة | Cash Refund

• يتم استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة عبر بوابات الدفع الالكتروني إلى نفس البطاقة بعد التواصل مع خدمة      العملاء.

• المنتجات المخفضة غير مشمولة بسياسة الاسترداد النقدي (انظر شروط إرجاع الملابس).

• يمكن إضافة المبلغ المسترد إلى رصيد المحفظة لمدة سنتين، لاستخدامه على الموقع فقط. لا يمكن تحويل الرصيد خارج الموقع.

• المبالغ المدفوعة جزئياً عبر المحفظة وأخرى عبر وسيلة دفع مختلفة يتم ردها إلى نفس المصادر. المدفوعات عند الاستلام تُرجع إلى المحفظة.

• الطلبات غير المستلمة بعد 3 محاولات يتم استرداد قيمتها إلى المحفظة خلال 10–14 يوم عمل بعد خصم رسوم الشحن والضرائب.

• رسوم الدفع عند الاستلام ورسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.

• يتم استرداد المبالغ خلال 10–14 يوم عمل بعد وصول المنتجات إلى المستودع.

• الطلبات الملغاة قبل الشحن يتم رد قيمتها خلال نفس المدة.

• الرسوم الجمركية الدولية يتحملها العميل

Return Policy | سياسة الإرجاع

• Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging; no worn, altered, washed, or tag-removed items accepted.

• Products that arrive damaged or incorrect must be reported within 24 hours with photos and/or video. Approved returns/refunds are processed in 8–14 working days; replacements are shipped within 6 working days.

• Lost orders before delivery will be replaced within 6 working days.

• For international orders, return fees set by the shipping company apply.

سياسة الإرجاع | Return Policy

• يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

• يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي؛ لا تُقبل المنتجات التي تم ارتداؤها أو تغييرها أو غسلها أو إزالة التاق.

• في حالة وصول المنتج تالف أو خطأ، يرجى التواصل خلال 24 ساعة مع صور وفيديو للمنتج. يتم استرجاع المبلغ خلال 8–14 يوم عمل وإرسال البديل خلال 6 أيام عمل.

• في حال ضياع الطلب قبل الوصول، يتم إرسال بديل خلال 6 أيام عمل.

• في حالة الطلبات الدولية، رسوم الإرجاع على العميل وفق شركة الشحن

Clothing Return Conditions | شروط إرجاع الملابس

• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Products must remain in original condition with packaging.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions or wrong products sent will be rejected and returned to the customer, with shipping fees borne by the customer.

• Original shipping charges and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.

• لديك 48 ساعة لتقديم طلب الاسترجاع بعد الاستلام.

• يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي.

• المنتجات غير المطابقة للشروط أو المستلمة بشكل خاطئ سيتم رفضها وإعادتها مع تحمل رسوم الشحن من العميل.

• رسوم الشحن الأصلية ورسوم الدفع عند الاستلام غير قابلة للاسترداد
